TAKING CARE OF YOUR ITEMS
Although our pieces are made with utmost care, due to the nature of the materials, some products can be easily scratched and marked. To minimise this risk, please keep your items wrapped after use. Also, avoid direct contact with perfume, sprays, water and other solutions. Items can be cleaned by hand with a soft cloth whenever necessary.
RETURNS POLICIES
We appreciate that from time to time you may change your mind about your purchase. We are happy to replace, exchange or refund any item, provided you email us within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us in a Saleable condition within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot refund until we have received the item.
Saleable condition means that the item is fully packaged and in the condition in which it was purchased, unused, unworn and free of any mark such as, grease, makeup etc
Faulty Items: Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or a fault becomes apparent during initial use. We want you to keep wearing our pieces, so if your item has become damaged through regular wear or an accident, we are happy to repair it at cost price.
In the unlikely event of a product fault, Sarah Angold Studio will cover postage costs where replacements or repairs are necessary.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
If you require a full refund or choose replacement items of a lesser value, Sarah Angold Studio will issue a refund using the same method as the original order. You will be sent a confirmation email to let you know when the refund takes place. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds.

ORDERING
Ordering online is simple. Just choose your product and if applicable select colour and/or size from the available drop down menu and click “Add to Cart”. Once you have finished shopping, click the basket Icon at the top right of the screen and select “Checkout”.
We accept all major credit cards & use a secure server powered by Paypal; however, you do not need a Paypal account to place an order with us.
All prices listed are in GBP (£).
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the time the order was placed. All items must be kept intact and in saleable condition. A full refund will be given, using the same method as your original order. Please allow 30 days from the point that we receive the returned items for refund.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
All of our customer details are protected and under no circumstances will we pass on details to third parties without your consent. However, if we have any updates we think you would be interested in, we will let you know. If you do not wish to receive any information from us please email us at info@sarahangold.com to unsubscribe.
Whilst shopping online, all payments are processed securely through Paypal, abiding to their terms and conditions.
